Women who are married have a lot of work to deal with, most especially when children are involved. Every day, you try to be a devoted, good housewife, a gourmet cook, a caring mom, and more.
That’s why women are stressed out all the time.
However, husbands can also be source of stress to the housewives. A lot of women think that their husband is childish and immature. Most women are sick and tired of playing the role of a teacher, doctor, or maid. You might think that women are the strongest persons – superhero – on earth, but they aren’t.
Women who are married and have kids most of the time run out of steam quickly, which affects their lives and work.
TODAY.com conducted a survey and included more than 7000 mothers. Based on the results: an average mother’s stress level is 8.5 out of 10. Among those women, 46% of the participants said their partner caused more stress than their kids.
According to the survey, three out of every four mothers stated that they are responsible for most of the household and parenting duties. A huge issue for one out of five mothers was the fact that they do not get enough help from their partner. They also stated that there is simply not enough time in their day to complete what needs to be done.
Everyday stresses have been found out to affect both of your health. According to a study in the University of Padova, if a husband dies before the wife, the wife becomes healthier.
Here’s What You Have to Do to Fix the Issue
Communication between you and your partner is very important, especially when it comes to household chores. Create a list that will split-up your works and duties to reduce your stress. Be sure to revisit it often and stick to it.
Almost all husbands and fathers want to be the best they can be. Sometimes, the mother or wife takes on most of the responsibilities herself because she does not trust her partner to do them or to do them correctly.
The basic way to reduce the stress of household chores is for the woman to trust her husband. Create a team, and split the duties fairly.
